I met Ken in the 70,s when I was visiting my caravan on smugglers park.We got talking and from then on ,the connection

with music fishing and life in general became apparent .As soon as I had the chance in 1982 I moved here to join ken and family, our love of music kept us friends for eternity.We played with clystvale Big Band for many years ,then John Jenkins Torbay Band, followed by Kathy Stobart Exeter Band,Also 2 years for 1 week at a time at Colfox music school in Bridport where we met and played with the top music tutors in the u.k.Ken and Kim where good friends of Marg and I and were our wedding,s best man and women many years ago I travelled for a time with the Teign valley stompers to gigs all over the south as far as Bristol and also  to Besinghiem in Germany for a beer festival that they played at.of course I took my trumpet.Through Ken,my music life was expanded and I played with lots of other musicians that I would have never met if it had not have been for Ken. Rest in Peace Mate,you will always be a part of my life Bob.Parker
